Tooth Fairy

Well, Belle cut her 1st tooth already!! It's on the bottom and the 2nd one is not far behind. What is with this girl? She's only 4 and 1/2 months old!! Again, my other girls didn't get teeth til at least 6 mo +, so I don't know why this baby is growing up at warp speed! She's getting so big, our favorite song to sing to her is "They call her Belley Chelley, she has a big fat belly.." lol..its all out of love she's so cute, she's very happy and smiley and grunts and squeals. She gets giggly when she's tired and it eventually turns to tears...lol..that is a trait she inherited from her mommy for sure! Anywho, I have Belle who just got her first tooth and Lily who is hoping to lose her first tooth anytime soon, we'll see if any get loose in the near future. Kids are so funny, why not keep having them???..NOT...

Well what a great weekend!! First we had Lily's birthday, she turned 6 yrs old!! I can't even believe it...it was fun we had it at the little park by our house and she invited some friends and cousins of course and it was Kung Fu Panda theme. Everyone was wearing little masks it was so funny. They all had a blast and Lily loved the attention on her for the day and loved all her gifts. She should've had a Hannah Montana Bday because all her gifts were Hannah Montana..lol..it was great she had a wonderful time and had been looking forward to it ALL WEEK!! The next day was Father's Day and I gave Teddy a b & w pic of the girls I took and had it enlarged and printed onto canvas so it was like an art print. He of course loved it, completely melted...see, us women are thoughtful and creative...we should get awards I swear... then we went to my sister-in-law's house for Father's Day BBQ with all the family and the kids and Teddy went swimming. Even Belle had a little friend, our nephew's little girl London who is 10 months old, to die for cutie patootie, it was so great to see everyone. I should have pics soon to post. We had a wonderful weekend and I started the Twilight books on Saturday and I just finished the 2nd one in the series and its only Tues morning.(they're over 500 pages each)..I can't take it, why did I start? cuz i'm obsessed now...lol..now I'm just trying to get back into the swing of things after a very long and fun-filled weekend..back to the daily grind! Oh, the weather is awesome this week, I think I'm gonna take the girls slip n' slide out today, woohoo!

Perspective

Okay put this into perspective...Lily and Piper were not 16 lbs or 26 in long until about 7 months old...Belle just turned 4 months yesterday and she is that BIG!!! LOL..She's as big as my other girls were at 7 months old...what a little CHUNK!! lol...Oh, I love it, how cute...how ginormous!!

Eating lunch at Roosters for our anniversary

Okay, Little Miss Belle is not so little after all! Today was her 4 month checkup and she was 16 lbs and 26 inches long! She was above the 95%tile in height and 90-95% in weight. Now all my girls have been in the 90th for height, but I don't remember the other two being that high for their weight..ahaha...so she's very healthy and sturdy and stout. She may be getting some teeth on teh bottom already which is early for my kids, and her head and neck are very strong. She's our fun chunky monkey and just wants to be big already so she can play with her sisters.., so yesterday was Teddy and I 7th Anniversary! We were able to go to a nice lunch together, ALONE!! woohoo! And we talked about the last 7 years and silly memories and how much we loved each other so it was fantastic! As you can tell though, he has to put up with me taking pictures of every occasion and he obviously LUVS it!! ha..it was nice though, so glad we're together forever. I'm gonna need to start working out harder just to carry BELLE around!!

Gymnastics

Well, Lily officially ended her dance year with a great performance, and so then it was time to sign Piper up for gymnastics! As Lily is watching Piper on her first day she decides SHE wants to take it. So we went back that afternoon and Lily had her first day too! So they are BOTH signed up for gymnastics and they both LOVE it!! Lily liked dance but she absolutely loves gymnastics. This is a full service kinda place they practice on balance beams, rings, tramps, bars, everything and Lily is actually a natural, she's really good. Piper loved it because she was jumping and climbing and flipping under bars and everything that her little sporty self likes! So...no more dance for a while I guess, they have found their niche.. I'm excited for them, they look like they're having fun and my kids are fidgets so this suits their speed of life a little better....YEA!
