Well, I've done it..I've officially become a REAL soccer mom! lol Lily had her first soccer game last Saturday, and their little girl's team WON 8-1!! They did great for the first game ever. Lily did really good, I was a little worried cuz she has a tendency to get lost in her thoughts, but she ran hard and got the ball away a few times and kicked it well down the field and even made a goal! Her little face was red afterwards and I said, "Are you so tired??" and she just said, "NO, it was so FUN!"..so I'm glad she's having fun, Piper can't wait until she turns 4, so she can play next year. Piper and I are having fun while Lily's at school, but she misses her buddy, they're starting to really fight like sisters now, but majority they just have so much fun together. Well, about a week and 1/2 ago Belle started REALLY crawling, not just a few steps, but full-blown crawling long distances, and not just that she's starting to pull herself up on her knees..and her top two teeth have pushed through and I think more are coming cuz she's still pretty cranky. Why must she do everything at once?? I think she is truly trying to drive me crazy..lol..its exciting, she just never wanted to be a baby though..she wants to be so grown up already! I'm starting to run and/or dance to get these 10lbs off i swear!! Hopefully I can take 15 off and be Awesome, but I'd even settle for 10lbs so I can fit in my clothes better..here's crossing your fingers..or maybe sewing my mouth shut so I don't eat anymore,..hooray!
So this is what happens when Lily is at school and her good sense isn't around to guide us, lol!!..Piper went crazy on a frosty, and I made the great decision to give Belle some graham cracker which she then proceeded to smear around her whole face! Piper likes to act goofy, but a lot of time she tries to be tough so I love tickling her or joking around and making her laugh really hard. It's fun times at the Northrop house..now back to crackin that whip and making them clean up!! :-P
Okay, soI couldn't wait until Halloween to try on Belle's costume, I already got Lily and Piper's, they both wanted to be witches, so then we were in the store last night and I saw this pink lamb outfit for Belle and it was so adorable, I can barely snap the headpiece around her chubby cheeks! lol..It will be fun to see them all dressed up! I don't know if you can tell but the one where Belle is smiling on the ground, I tried to get her big top teeth in the shot, the teeth on the sides of her front teeth are pushed through too, just haven't come down very far yet, so she's getting all these teeth at once! The top teeth are spaced apart, so of course, just like the other two girls, Teddy calls them "Madonna" teeth..LOL..anywho, so that is a sneak peek of Halloween, beware there will be some scary witches too..I hope I'm not one of them..lol..
What a Friday!! We found out Lily needed glasses this week and picked them up yesterday, she is farsighted with astigmatism. So it's mostly the things faraway she can't see too well, but the Dr. said for her to wear them during school, if she goes the movies, that type of thing, so she doesn't have to wear them constantly, even though she has for 24 hours!.lol..If you can't tell, they're like a purplish-pinkish, even around the rims, pretty cute, far more "modern" then the one's I HAD in 1st grade! Also, she lost her 1st tooth the same day!! So she's pretty excited, thinks she's pretty grown up now...lol....Piper wanted to jump in the pic, she needs something exciting to happen to her, we'll see if we can think of somethin'! Just FYI..Lily and her team won again today, 5-1!! What a soccer team she has!
