New Addition...

Welcome Miss Presley Ann Northrop!! She was born Thursday, Nov 19, 2009 @ 7:30pm, she weighed 7 lbs 1oz and 20 in long. I was actually scheduled to be induced on Thursday because I was 2 days overdue, but the hospital was so busy they kept saying to call back. My body went into labor on its own and by 4pm when they said I could come in I had already had some great progress! My dr checked me at 5:30 and I was already 5+ almost 6 cm, then by 7:30 I was pushing her out, and I mean I couldn't stop, my Dr didn't even make it, the Charge nurse came running in because she came out like a torpedo! So all went well, glad the pain is over, now the tiredness will begin!! I can't believe I have a 4th, but she's a cutie, looks like a carbon copy of the other girlies, we love her and somehow it will all work out..lol! Welcome to our crazy family, Presley!

Halloweenie '09

Girls dressed in Halloween festive clothes for Family Halloween party...(Lily was dreaming of decorating cookies..)
Tinkerbell and her fairy friends on Halloween night...
70's Halloween party for the adults, I'm smuggling a pumpkin and Teddy must be smuggling something in that chest hair..;-p
Sis-in-law Lori and Rob ready to go to 70's party...
Teddy-70's Urban Cowboy, his lil' bro Rhett-classic 70's athlete, and big bro Wade-70's ladies man..lol..

I had a fun Halloween this year! Of course on Tuesday we went up to sis-in-law Misti's to decorate cookies and have family Halloween party, and usually we go to the Pumpkin Walk and check out all the amazing creativity and artists putting together little scenes using pumpkins but unfortunately it decided to snow that day, but we had a great time decorating cookies and eating yummy soups and desserts and hanging out! Both Lily and Piper dressed up for their school this week and it was fun to see them at their schools (different days, hooray!) and see how excited they got to wear their costumes to school. Halloween night was so fun! We took the girls to Grandma Sherrie's neighborhood and they all enjoyed the trick-or-treating very much! Even Belle! I bought her some squeaky shoes, so you could hear her running (yes my toddler is a runner) to each house, she was determined to keep up with her sisters and cousin Rhett. She wouldn't say 'trick-or-treat" she would say, "Nummy-num?" and then "Tay-too" for thank you..ahaha. But they had a great time with their cousin and scored big on the candy quota!
Then we came home and Sherrie came over and watched all the kiddos so we could go to my bro/sis-in-law's 70's theme Halloween party. This was the first year they decided to throw a party and I'm glad we went, it was fun to dress up and everyone really got into the costumes..as you can see!! It started off small this year, but maybe each year will get more and more people because it was a lot of fun, even for a woman about to give birth any second..;-)
So enjoyable, memorable and except for the fact I had a horrible nights sleep with soreness and contractions, which I was sure would turn into some kind of hospital visit, it was a great holiday and I think Teddy and I should always try to go to a costume party, it was fun to hang with him and his siblings without kids for awhile. :-) Hope you had a wonderful holiday too!
